Love is in the details. Dutch photographer and mixed media artist Mariska Mulder is always looking for the flashes and quirks of personality within the nooks and crannies of the world.

The intimacy of making a portrait is an unspoken conversation bubbling up to the surface. She likes to challenge this inwards too via the creative process of collage making. 

 

The camera lens is one of many ways she enjoys realising her expression as she is constantly attracted to exploring different mediums to best fit the project.
